CASA DAS ESTEVAS & CASA HELENA PRICES

Our luxury beachfront holiday villas are PRICED PER WEEK for exclusive occupancy.

The price includes:

  • Private occupancy of your preferred luxury holiday villa.
  • Simply Salema management and maid service.
  • All bed linen and towels.
  • Use of all villa facilities, including swimming pool and games room (where applicable).
  • An arrival welcome pack of groceries and drinks.
  • All utility charges, including air conditioning. Pool heating is only included in PEAK season.

The price does not include:

  • Pool heating in LOW, MID & HIGH season. Pool heating is not possible during OUT season, however is available during other times at the following cost:
  • Casa das Estevas: 35 euros per day / 245 per week (payable locally).
  • Casa O’Sonho: 30 euros per day / 210 per week (payable locally).
  • Casa Helena: N/A.

OUT season: (November, December, January and February).

LOW season: (March and April).

MID season: (May and October).

HIGH season: (June and September).

PEAK season (1): (Saturday 30th June – Saturday 14th July).

PEAK season (2): (Saturday 14th July – Saturday 1st September).

During PEAK season, the villa can only be rented on a weekly basis.

CHANGEOVER DAY is normally on SATURDAY. However, odd durations and different start dates may sometimes be arranged on request.

During OUT, LOW and MID season, CHANGEOVER DAY can be
FLEXIBLE.

Weekend and midweek rental may be available for a minimum short breakduration of 3 nights to take advantage of cheap midweek flights, quieter travel and less time off work.

To calculate the price for a short break:
WEEKEND BREAKS: Divide the weekly price by 7, multiply by the number of nights then add on a £400 weekend break supplement.
MIDWEEK BREAKS: Divide the weekly price by 7, multiply by the number of nights then add on a £200 midweek break supplement.
