The exquisite Casa Helena is a contemporary three bedroom linked ocean villa with truly spectacular beach and coastal views. Ideal for family, friends or couples, this stunning property is superbly located in a quiet residential area, just a short stroll from the charming village centre of Salema with its beautiful sandy beach, cafés, restaurants and bars.
Accommodating six guests in three spacious bedrooms, the Casa Helena was built in 2010 to the very highest specifications with no expense spared and is perhaps one of the finest smaller villas in the Algarve. Benefiting from a private infinity pool and majestic roof terrace, Casa Helena offers style and luxury in a relaxed and comfortable setting.
Lounge and dining area
Two Italian leather sofas provide comfortable seating while glass coffee and side tables complete the furniture. A selection of games, books, magazines, DVDs and CDs are available. Our detailed ‘Welcome Book’ provides information on local attractions, restaurants and the use of appliances.
Patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace.
A large window in the dining area provides views over the infinity pool to the beach, coastline and ocean beyond. The large travertine dining table seats 8 guests.
Kitchen
Our open plan kitchen allows guests to admire the spectacular views whilst cooking.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has marble counter tops and is fitted with high quality units and appliances. These include an electric oven, built-in microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
As alfresco dining is the preferred way to eat and entertain in the Algarve, shatterproof crockery and glasses are provided for eating outside. For dining indoors, we have high quality tableware and glassware.
The kitchen terrace is accessed from the kitchen through the rear door where you will find a Weber triple burner gas barbeque with separate burner for cooking with a wok or pan.
Bedrooms
The three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor of the villa. Each is individually decorated and they have under floor heating, air-conditioning, ample wardrobe space and radio alarm clocks.
The two double bedrooms have 5ft kingsize beds while the twin room has two 3ft beds. A single fold up bed and/or cots are available on requests.
The Bathrooms
All bathrooms are fully tiled and benefit from under floor heating.
Swimming pool
The beautiful private infinity pool catches the hot sun all day and therefore pool heating is not required. The pool is approximately 5.5m x 3m x 1.45m deep.
The Courtyard
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have direct access to a delightful secluded courtyard. Here guests can find a cool retreat away from the hot sun or relax with a drink in the evening.
