The Casa das Estevas studio is a recently created private studio apartment on the poolside level at the villa.
Please note: The apartment is only available for groups who book the main villa. It provides an extra bedroom (+ bunk room) should your holiday group size be larger than 10.
The luxurious apartment comprises of a spacious open-plan bedroom/lounge and kitchenette area.
It is equipped and furnished to the same high standard as the main villa. There is a spacious bathroom with shower and wc.
Large patio doors lead onto the swimming pool terrace area, from where there are stunning sea views.
The apartment offers a separate small bunk room, which is very convenient if there are as many as 14 guests in your holiday party.
Accessible from the pool terrace (not internally from the main villa), the apartment sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably.
It is ideal for larger groups who exceed the 5 bedrooms/10 bed capacity within the main villa, or those that require the flexibility of separate accommodation e.g for grandparents or teenagers.
The studio apartment is available for an additional charge of just £350 per week.
