CASA DAS ESTEVAS PRICES
The villa is PRICED PER WEEK for exclusive occupancy,
and not per person.
The price includes:
- Private occupancy of the Casa das Estevas.
- Simply Salema management and maid service.
- All bed linen and towels.
- Use of all villa facilities, including swimming pool
and games room.
- An arrival welcome pack of groceries and drinks.
- All local holiday taxes.
- All utility charges, including air conditioning
throughout.

During PEAK season, the villa can only be rented
on a weekly basis.
CHANGEOVER DAY is normally on SATURDAY.
However, odd durations and different start dates may
sometimes be arranged on request.
During HIGH, MID and LOW season, CHANGEOVER DAY can be
FLEXIBLE.
Weekend and midweek rental is available for a
minimum of 3 nights short break to take advantage of cheap
midweek
flights, quieter travel and less time off work.
To calculate the price for a short break:
WEEKEND BREAKS: Divide the weekly price by 7, multiply by the number of
nights then add on a £200 weekend break
supplement.
MIDWEEK BREAKS: Divide the weekly price by 7,
multiply by the number of nights then add on a £100
midweek break supplement.
